The steamboat Vltava set out for German tourists all the way to Lovosice
Cooperation between steamboats
12 May 2024On 11 May, the steamboat Vltava, in cooperation with the steamboat Meissen, took part in transporting German guests from Lovosice to Mělník and back. Meissen brought the passengers to Lovosice, where they were taken over by the steamboat Vltava, which carried them all the way to Mělník — a destination Meissen could not technically reach because of her height. And so 120 eager tourists, on what was already a unique cruise, sailed not on just one but on two historic steamboats.
