The boat Labe won the Blue Riband

On Saturday 26 April, our newly renovated boat Labe set sail on the historic Blue Riband cruise, the traditional run on the Prague–Děčín route. With this exceptional voyage she attempted to break the speed record and earn an entry in the Czech Book of Records.

The whole voyage, during which she stopped at more than 10 moorings and was held up at 12 locks, took her 12 hours, 59 minutes and 33 seconds. Thanks to this record, the boat won the so-called Blue Riband and her speed run will be entered into the Czech Book of Records.
