2011 Season Opening cruise to Slapy

Already the 146th season of the Prague Steamboat Company has started – by a cruise to Slapy! The Vyšehrad Steamboat, the biggest and oldest boat in Prague, sailed off in the morning while the sun was shinning and fortunately the weather remained sunny almost the whole cruise.

It was unfortunately most likely the last trip to the Slapy Dam this season due to the dam’s reconstruction this year planned for this year. Though never mind, there are plenty of other cruises you can enjoy such regular river cruises through Prague or trips to Prague Zoo.
