Vltava Winter River Cruises

Winter season is a perfect time to enjoy a Vltava cruise. That is true even if you generally prefer summer. Just imagine snow covered roofs of old Prague, smoking chimneys and frosted branches on trees along the river. Winter gives you a splendid opportunity to admire Prague from board of our steamboat in its serene beauty.

You can choose from these river cruises:

One-Hour Cruise through the Centre of Prague

The cruise starts at Čech Bridge and gives you an excellent opportunity to see the best of winter Prague. The steamboat goes past the Rudolfinum Concert Hall to the famous Charles Bridge. Then the steamer turns and continues past the Convent of St Agnes with the beautiful view of the lowest part of Prague called Na Františku, and past Štvanický Island, returning to Čech Bridge.

Two-Hour Cruise trough the Centre of Prague

Two-hour cruise gives you time to admire the most impressive sights of old Prague cradled in an icy embrace. The steamboat leaves from Čech Bridge and continues upstream past the legendary Charles Bridge, the Rudolfinum Concert Hall and the National Theatre, with views of the splendid Prague Castle and the mysterious Vyšehrad Castle. Before coming back to the starting point, the boat turns at Smíchov, offering you plenty of romantic views of the sights clad in a wintery coat of white.
