The first year of the festival Ahoj, Design! (Hello, Design!) took place by the Vltava river under Vyšehrad on a historical boat. The boat will now be reconstructed and become a permanent exhibition place.

The most beautiful boat in Prague - Vltava Steamer - took part in a wonderful steamboat parade in the city of Dresden. The boat was recently completely reconstructed into its original appearance from the 1940s.

Prague Baroque festival – a new festival in Prague – will take place in the Ledebour Garden , one of the Prague Castle gardens, between 17th of June and 3rd of October. The performances take place every day starting at 8 pm. Tickets can be bought in very interesting packages.

On the 16th of June during the planned strike it will be possible to use the Prague Steamboat Company boats as an alternative means of transport. The special X21 line will run on a route Nádraží Modřany - Přístaviště (Barrandovský most) - Dvorce-Žluté lázně - Palackého náměstí.

The Prague Steamboat company has launched its already 146th season! The Vyšehrad, together with the Vltava one of the last two steamboats in Prague, saild to the Slapy dam.

This weekend the boats sailed to Prague Zoo from Rašínovo nábřeží with proper spring – almost summer – sun shinning. Both the weather and atmosphere were ideal, it’s hard to imagine a better thing to do at a weekend :-)

Starting this weekend (Saturday 2nd April) the Vltava steamboat will regularly sail from Kampa Island at weekends from 11.00 to 18.00. Till the end of the month it will be at weekends only and from May then every day.

After a long winter break the Prague Steamboat Company launches on 26th March 2011 its regular cruise to Prague Zoo. The boats to Zoo will sail from Rašínovo nábřeží and from May from Nemocnice Na Františku as well.
